“The Fienile di Grazia” (Grace’s Hayloft ) is the perfect place to allow yourself some time to relax, immersed in the Tuscan countryside, and a unique opportunity to connect with a land rich in culture and tradition.

Situated at an altitude of around fourhundred fifty meters on the slopes of Mount Pratomagno, which divides the Greater Valdarno of Casentino, the Fienile offers, in addition to a mild climate and healthy air, an ample view of the Arno river valley. From here you can easily reach Florence (40 km), Siena, Pisa and Arezzo, as well as many other towns and medieval villages. Rome is just 190 kilometers away and the Mediterrenean coast is around 100 kilometers away.

The “Fienile di Grazia” is a former 80 square-meter hayloft that, through an elegant remodelling, maintains intact its original characteristics. On the ground floor you’ll find the rustic kitchen and the dining room. The full bathroom and bedrooms are on the second floor. On the ground floor there is a working wood-burning stove. The Fienile overlooks a large garden with a wood-burning oven, space equipped for meals or dinners outdoors, and available uncovered parking space for a car.

The Fienile is offered for touristic purposes to the renter for periods of one, two or three weeks. It’s indespensible to have a means of transportation available in order to visit neighboring places of interest. Not far from the Fienile is the original main house, which was originally part of a medieval tower (1300 A.D.), and which is currently occupied by people who can offer directions or help in an emergency.
